I've been to busy to blog or keep up with other bloggers, the great news is the house in the photo soon will be mine. My offer was accepted today at 11.50 am! the contract will be signed on the 21 December. The outside colour's a bit girlie, the three bedrooms are painted in very intense shades and the lounge room is a blotchy dark green. This was the main reason it hadn't sold and the fact the garden has been overgrown for months. Overall it's been well maintained an ideal first home, plus I got it for less than the asking price.
